How can I check the status of my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Our processing time until shipping is generally 7 days. Upon shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, you can pick up your order in our Atelier in Berlin. To do so, please select "Pickup" at checkout.
Do you offer local repairs in Berlin?
Yes. In case you have an issue with one of our products, you can also get it serviced in our workshop. To do so, please contact us to book a time slot.
How can I determine if my order is ready for pickup?
When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a notification to schedule your pickup. Please wait for this message to confirm the pickup time and location.

What costs are covered in the final price?
All final prices include VAT tax and shipping fees. Customs duties to Switzerland and the UK are not included.
What happens if products got damaged during transportation?
Despite our best efforts, it can happen that some items reach you in a damaged condition. In this case, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge. Please contact us and mention the exact items that are damaged.
