Manually check if the motor is working by removing the blade head, turning the knob to 1 and carefully press your finger on the detection pin, <a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QVJhj2EzXnHSsII_KC7DsH479rcQd2OQ/view?usp=sharing" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">as shown</a>.9. If the motor does not rotate, please request a repair by contacting us.10. If the motor rotates, there is an issue with the blades head. You may choose to order a replacement or contact us if the product is under warranty.

re:Mix not starting or having issues running

There should be 0 leaking from the blades head.As indicated in the user manual, the material of the head can get damaged, and the head locker can come loose if you:<ul><li>Blend foods above 40 degrees Celcius</li><li>Dishwash the head</li><li>Wash or soak the head in hot water</li></ul><h2 id="1-did-you-open-the-blades-head-for-deep-for-cleaning">1. Did you open the blades head for deep for cleaning?</h2><ul><li>Yes, continue</li><li>No, see point 2</li></ul><h3 id="check-the-sealing">Check the sealing</h3>Make sure the parts are assembled as shown below. Take special attention that the 4 large rings of silicone seal are facing the metal plate.<h2 id="2-tighten-the-head-unto-the-jar">2. Tighten the head unto the jar</h2>Make sure that you are tightening the head well on the jar. It should feel like screwing a lid to the maximum.<h2 id="3-contact-us">3. Blades head is leaking

Tools Required:<ul><li>Screwdriver with Torx 10 (T10) tip (Use adjustable torque if electric)</li><li>Screwdriver with 3mm flat-tip&#xA0;</li></ul>&#x26A0;&#xFE0F; Ensure that re:Mix is unplugged from the socket, electric shock risk 1. Lay the re:Mix on it&apos;s back (with the knob facing top).2.
