Here are some common troubleshooting steps you can try if your re:Mix does not start:
1. Make sure the blender is plugged into the power source.
2. Ensure that the jar is locked in on the blades head.
3. Rotate/readjust the jar to get a snug fit.
4. Try a different jar. (certain jars might have imperfections and have a hard time getting detected.)
⚠️ The blades are sharp. Handle all parts carefully.
5. Check that there is no residue or debris between the jar and the blender head.
⚠️ Due to the safety features, the blades do not rotate without a jar on.Â
6. Rotate the blades head unto the mixer body until you hear a "click".
If the above steps do not work, try:
7. Unplug the mixer and let it cool for an hour before attempting to use it again.
(Your re:Mix has an internal thermal breaker that shuts off the motor when it overheats)
OR
8. Manually check if the motor is working by removing the blade head, turning the knob to 1 and carefully press your finger on the detection pin, as shown.
9. If the motor does not rotate, please request a repair by contacting us.
10. If the motor rotates, there is an issue with the blades head. You may choose to order a replacement or contact us if the product is under warranty.
