How to pack your order for returnUpdated a month ago

When sending in your re:Mix for a repair/replacement, follow these steps to package it to reduce risk of damage while shipping

If you still have original packaging:

1. Place the empty box down and use the provided waffled-cardboard as a base on the bottom and sides of the box.

2. Gently place the re:Mix unit onto the cardboard and use the filling to secure it.

3. Add any additional items (blade head, jar etc.) over the filling on top and seal.

4. Add label and sent your re:Mix our way to get in its best shape.

If you do not have the original packing:

1. Use a roughly 41 cm (H) x 31 cm (L) x 21 cm (W) box.

2. Using bubble wrap/ other protective packing wrap the re:Mix 

3. Safely wrap the blade head/ jar in protective packaging as well

4. Seal, Label and send it over!
