All materials that come in contact with food are healthy, BPA-free materials. During the blending process, the food is in contact with:

1. The glass jar, made out of 100% glass
2. The seal, made out of 100% silicone
3. The blades, made out of stainless steel and their seal, made out of 100% silicone rubber

Sometimes, when removing the blades head, food might touch the blades head frame. This is made out of 100% engineering PLA, a bioplastic made from corn.
