The design of the re:Mix safety system does not allow the machine to start unless a blades head and a glass jar are mounted onto the body of the blender.

This feature is designed to prevent the blades from spinning freely without a glass jar to protect your fingers.

This mechanism is based on the glass jar thread pushing the blade head pins, which in turn push into another pin positioned inside the body of the re:Mix.

If both the pins in the blades head and the pin inside the body are not pressed properly, the re:Mix will not operate.
