everything you can and cannot blend with re:Mix

Updated over a week ago

Here are some popular foods you can make with re:Mix:

  • Smoothies (with fresh or frozen fruits and vegetables)

  • Spreads (like hummus and pesto)

  • Nut butters

  • Vegan milk

  • Soups (cold or warm)

  • Desserts (energy balls, cakes)

  • Ground spices

  • Ground coffee beans

  • Cocktails

  • Crushed ice

This list is non-exhaustive, and we keep adding to it as more people use re:Mix. For recipes and inspiration, see our food page.

What you should NOT blend with your re:Mix:

Differently from any other mixer on the market, once the re:Mix's blades-head is screwed onto a glass jar, these two components are completely sealed together. This means that the inner pressure created by the mixing of the ingredients cannot simply be realised as it would happen with a common blender having a jar/pitcher opened on top and closed with a lead.

Therefore you should avoid blending the following:

  • Anything over 40ยบ Celsius

  • Fermented food that can create additional pressure inside the jar
